Betby’s Esports Solution Receives Official Approval from MGA

Betby, a rapidly growing sports solutions and technology provider, has recently achieved an important milestone with the granting of regulatory approval from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This approval allows Betby to deliver its esports odds feed portfolio as an esports product, marking a significant step forward for the company’s expansion.

Following an extensive audit and assessment, Betby’s solution successfully met all the requirements outlined by the MGA, leading to the regulatory approval. As a result, Betby can now roll out its esports odds feed to power gambling operators with an MGA license. This includes access to live and pre-match odds, a statistics hub, results, and round-the-clock content coverage through Betby’s Sportsbook solution or a separate esports data feed. The company also noted that operators in regions where MGA licenses are accepted can also access the esports solution.

In anticipation of ICE London, a highly anticipated event for the gambling sector, Betby has revealed plans to introduce a range of AI-based sportsbook tools and showcase its sportsbook solution. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent revocation of Super7plus Limited’s authorization by the MGA.

Ilze Ramolina, Betby’s head of legal, expressed the company’s appreciation for the MGA’s approval and emphasized the significance of the esports odds feed as an important addition to their existing verticals. Ramolina also highlighted Betby’s anticipation for further growth and expansion into more markets.

Eva Berkova, Betby’s chief operating officer, also commented on the approval, stating that it represents a major milestone for the company. She emphasized the continuous investment in Betby’s esports product and highlighted the unique nature of the Betby.Games product, which complements the esports ecosystem and provides greater player engagement. Berkova mentioned that operators are already benefiting from the company’s innovative esports product portfolio.

Overall, the approval from the Malta Gaming Authority signifies an important step forward for Betby, allowing the company to expand its reach and provide its innovative esports solutions to a wider market.
