Games Global receives three awards and finalizes DGC B2B acquisition

Games Global, a prominent iGaming supplier, has recently garnered several awards as ICE 2024 commenced. Furthermore, the company has successfully concluded the acquisition of DGC B2B from Super Group.

At the International Gaming Awards 2024, Games Global received three notable accolades. The company was honored as Slot Provider of the Year at the ceremony held at the Savoy Hotel in London. Additionally, its subsidiary Snowborn Games clinched the Games Studio of the Year award. Also, Just for the Win’s Golden Fields slot game was named Game of the Year, marking another accomplishment for the company.

Walter Bugno, the chief executive of Games Global, expressed his pride in the company and its subsidiaries for their recognition. He emphasized the company’s ability to deliver exceptional products and experiences for players, leading to industry acclaim.

In 2023, Games Global launched over 240 games, solidifying its status as a leading provider in the industry.

Simultaneously, Games Global finalized the acquisition of Super Group’s Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC B2B). The transaction was completed on February 1, 2024, following the attainment of all required regulatory approvals. Bugno highlighted that this acquisition aligns with the company’s ambition to establish itself as a leader in the US market and beyond.

Neal Menashe, the CEO of Super Group, expressed his satisfaction with the sale’s conclusion, emphasizing the company’s focus on global B2C growth. He remarked that DGC’s B2B division is now in capable hands and wished them success.

Games Global, with around 40 studios under its umbrella and a portfolio of over 1,300 in-house games, also boasts one of the industry’s highest-paying progressive jackpot networks. The acquisition of DGC B2B positions the company to further capitalize on opportunities in the market.
